Climate Pursuits will keep the data about you for as long as it is believed to be accurate and up to date. Climate Pursuits is hosted on the squarespace.com platform. squarespace.com provides Climate Pursuits with an online platform that allows it to sell services to you. Your data may be stored through squarespace.com’s data storage, databases and the general squarespace.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Climate Pursuits can access this information through this platform but does not hold it electronically at any point. Any payment via the Climate Pursuits’s website using a credit/debit card uses an online payment company called Stripe. Your payment is facilitated by Stripe and will show on your statement as being to Stripe. All payments are secure and your card details are not stored by Stripe or Climate Pursuits; they are encrypted and stored by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant payment gateway. When another instructor is working with you I need to share some of your personal information. I share your name, phone number, as well as any medical/injury information that you have disclosed. None of your personal information is kept by these instructors longer than the time frame for which they are working with you.
